About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Driver to join our Adelaide operations. This is a hands‑on, operational role supporting the safe and professional delivery and installation of high‑value freight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sorting, loading, and securing freight in specialised vehicles
- Completing deliveries and pickups across Adelaide and surrounding areas
- Delivery and installation of high-value goods including, but not limited to, high-end Medical, Print & I.T Equipment
- Ensuring correct packing and load restraint in line with safety and CoR requirements
- Scanning freight using COPE’s track and trace system
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Working independently as a sole driver or as part of a delivery team when required
What you will bring to this role:
- A current Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher with at least 2 years’ experience driving truck
- Forklift, white card or working‑at‑heights licences are desired but not essential
- Experience in transport, removals or sensitive freight along with any trade installation experience is helpful
- Good communication skills, and a professional approach to customer service
- Strong geographical knowledge of Adelaide and surrounding suburbs
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- The ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend work
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
