About the Role:

This is a critical support role within our Healthcare vertical, working closely with Account Managers, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to our healthcare customers.

You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day account activities, supporting customer communication, and ensuring operational and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day coordination of healthcare accounts
  • Act as a key contact for operational queries and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate bookings, service delivery, and project movements (including sensitive medical equipment)
  • Monitor service performance and escalate any risks or issues
  • Track incidents, claims, and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing accuracy, and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation

 

What will you bring to the role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics support
  • Exposure to sensitive freight or project-based logistics is desirable
  • Understanding of WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
