About the role:
Based at our Melbourne office, this role supports national accounts by delivering high‑quality customer service and coordinating freight and project activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries with a high level of service
- Coordinating national accounts and supporting Project Managers
- Managing end‑to‑end freight shipments, including consignment generation
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Using internal and third‑party systems to support operations
- Quoting and coordinating project work
- Resolving customer queries and supporting ad‑hoc reporting
What you will bring to this role:
- Experience in a customer service or administration‑based role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, highly motivated approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
